During the audio launch event of Vijay Deverakonda's upcoming film ‘Geetha Govindam’ that was held in a grand level on Sunday, Vijay Deverakonda spoke about the controversy that ‘What The F’ song crooned by himself has received. He took them on a lighter note. He also asked the organisers to play the videos on the screen that have hit social media sites after the release of the song.
Reacting to the several trolling videos and memes and comments, Vijay Deverakonda said, “I thought that the song crooned by me will become sensation. But it turned out in another way. I understood that my vocals and the lyrics didn’t go well with the music lovers. It was the director Parasuram and producer who insisted me to lend my voice to the song. New version of the song will be released soon.”
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna as hero and heroine respectively, ‘Geetha Govindam’ is being made under GA2 Arts banner with Allu Aravind as presenter. Parasuram is directing the film with Bunny Vasu as producer. The film is scheduled to release on August 15.
