'Thank You Brother' to release direct on Aha; Date announced

'Thank You Brother' was set to release in theatres on April 30. But the coronavirus pandemic has scuttled its plans. The thriller, which comes with a twist, will now release directly on OTT.

Aha today announced that the Anasuya Bharadwaj and Viraj Ashwin starrer will stream from May 7. "Amidst all that is going on.. We feel fortunate to be able to entertain you .. in the safest way possible.. Enjoy #ThankYouBrother on Aha," Anasuya, known for being a TV personality and for her roles in films like 'Rangasthalam', tweeted.

Written and directed by Ramesh Raparthi, the film is about a pregnant woman, a spoilt brat and how their lives are shattered in different ways due to an accident during the pandemic.

Bankrolled by Magunta Sarath Chandra Reddy and Tharaknath Bommi Reddy, its music is by Guna Balasubramanian.
