An inquiry under Section 51 was recently instituted on the Telugu Cine Worker Co-operative Housing Society. The preliminary inquiry report was handed over to the Society on August 3. As per the provisions of Section 51, the report has to be submitted to the General Body members of the Society in 30 days. Towards the end, the General Body will meet on the 29th of this month.
Based on the findings of the report, the subsequent inquiry will be held under Section 60. The report presented by the inquiry officer thus far is only the preliminary one.
The Society has urged the media to appreciate the fact that, so far, only the preliminary inquiry has been set up. After the General Body meeting, clarity will emerge. Anil Kumar Vallabhaneni of Chitrapuri has urged the media to keep in mind the emotions of 1600 families.
