'Jagame Thandhiram', which will release on Netflix on June 18, has been assigned a Twitter emoji. This is the first Dhanush film to get one. In the past, Vijay's 'Mersal', Rajinikanth's 'Kaala', Suriya's 'NGK', Vijay's 'Bigil', Rajinikanth's 'Darbar', Vijay's 'Master' and Suriya's 'Soorarai Pottru' had a Twitter emoji dedicated to them.
Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, the gangster flick features James Cosmo as a gangster much like the male lead.
Set in Madurai, it also features Aishwarya Lekshmi, Kalaiyarasan and Joju George, the last of whom has played a gangster.
The film's trailer was out recently. Dhanush wanted the film to be a theatrical release, though.
