Battala Ramaswamy Biopikku', starring Altaf Hassan and others, is streaming on ZEE5. The makers are happy with the reception that the comedy has received.
Speaking on the success, producer Satish Kumar said, "The film is streaming on OTT with a hit talk. I thank the media for enabling this talk. It's because of Mango TV's Ram garu that our movie got the OTT deal. Ram garu was interested to release the movie in theatres. But due to covid, he changed the plans. Director Ram Narayan is like my brother. I am happy that he has got introduced as a director under my banner. He has been a music director who had dreamt of becoming a filmmaker. I trusted him with this film. If I resolve to do something, I don't rest. I appreciate Altaf Hassan, Shanti Rao, Sathvika Jain, Lavanya Reddy, Bhadram and Dhanraj for their performances. The village-based movie is as refreshing as a 'Care Of Kancharapalem'."
Satish Kumar said that he is going to present the Poorna-starrer 'Back Door'. A film starring Payal Rajput in the lead was launched for Ugadi.
The producer said that he has wanted to play small roles in movies but hasn't done so far. He takes inspiration from the likes of Ramoji Rao, Ramanaidu, Dasari Narayana Rao and Dil Raju.
