Ganesh Bellamkonda, who debuted in movies earlier this year (and his maiden venture is yet to be released in theatres), has been signed up by producer S Naga Vamsi for a film titled 'Swathi Muthyam'. Ganesh is the younger son of producer Bellamkonda Suresh, whose elder son Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas is an action hero. Varsha Bollamma of 'Middle Class Melodies' and 'Stand Up, Rahul' fame is the heroine.
Sithara Entertainments on Tuesday, marking Ganesh's birthday, revealed the title through a poster. Director Lakshman K Krishna has imagined his protagonist as an elegant guy.
The title is a throwback to the old Kamal Haasan-K Viswanath classic by the same name. In that film, Kamal played a naive guy. Is Ganesh a naive fellow in this film, too?
Mahati Swara Sagar of 'Maestro' is its music director, while Suryaa is handling the cinematography. Editing is by Navin Nooli, while Avinash Kolla is the art director.
