'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect' has been both a box-office hit and a critically-acclaimed movie. The R Madhavan-starrer was on Friday screened on the premises of the Indian Parliament.

The special screening was attended by several BJP leaders and MPs. Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that, like the classic 'Godfather', 'Rocketry' has amassed a 9.2 rating on IMDb.

The screening was attended by Union Minister Piyush Goyal and BJP National President JP Nadda, among others. The hosts gave a bouquet to scientist Nambi Narayanan, on whose life 'Rocketry' is based. Madhavan, who directed and produced the movie besides playing the lead role, was also present.

The film is streaming in multiple languages on Amazon Prime Video.
