'Grey' is an upcoming movie starring Arvind Krishna of 'Rishi' fame. Also featuring Ali Reza in a key role, this one is directed by Raj Madiraju. Made as a black-n-white movie, its pre-release event was held yesterday.

Speaking on the occasion, the director said that the story is inspired by true incidents. "A few years ago, 12 nuclear scientists from our country went missing over a span of 2 years. Such a thing has happened many times in the past. Foreign intelligence agencies are said to be the reason behind the disappearances. It's they who carry out such secret operations. The title indicates the zone between good and bad. 'Grey' is a spy drama. I am happy to have teamed up with Arvind Krishna. Ali was roped in after his stint with Bigg Boss. Prahatp Pothen has a defining character."

Ali Reza said, "I watched the movie a while ago. We all liked it very much. I hope I have done full justice to the character. I am as confident about the success of 'Grey' as I was when I listened to the story."

Actress Urvasi Rai said, "I have played a character named Arushi. I am happy to be getting introduced with a good movie like this one. Arvind and Ali supported me throughout."

Arvind Krishna said, "The whole world is looking at Telugu cinema. Our content has gone beyond boundaries. I hope 'Grey' will be a rich addition that will be loved by one and all. The director had done a lot of research. He gave the actors the fullest degree of freedom. It was a great experience to work with the likes of Ali."

Producer Kiran Kallakuri said, "A lot of talented artists and technicians are getting introduced."

The film has cinematography by MR Chetan Kumar. Rajeev Nair Naziya has taken care of the art work, while editing is by Satya Giduturi. Hemanth Siree has taken care of the costumes department. Wing Chun Anji has composed the fights.
