The first single from 'Radhe Shyam', titled 'Ee Raathale', was released on November 15 last year. Composed by Justin Prabhakaran and rendered by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the song was touted by director Radha Krishna Kumar as something that expresses true love. "When you truly love something, a piece of your heart goes into the thing you love," he tweeted at the time of release.

On Thursday, UV Creations released a teaser of the video version of the romantic song. The full version will be released on Friday noon.

The lyrics, penned by Krishna Kanth, have been termed captivating and poetic by the listeners. "The story of the movie takes place in the 1970s in Europe. I made it a point not to use English-language words despite the backdrop. It's not a regular love song about the birth of feelings of love. It's also not a sad song. It's entirely different and that's why you can't predict what the song is about despite listening to the lyrics carefully and repeatedly. Such is the nature of the story of 'Radhe Shyam'," the lyricist said in an interview last year after the song's release.

'Radhe Shyam' will hit the cinemas on March 11.
