The pre-release event of 'Ramarao On Duty' (to be released in theatres on July 29) had in attendance Natural Star Nani as the chief guest.
Ravi Teja said that he has worked with a lot of technicians and artists in the movie for the first time. "My character is distinctive," the 'Khiladi' actor said, adding that producer Sudhakar Cherukuri is a cool person with whom he would want to reunite again and again. He described Divyansha Kaushik and Rajisha Vijayan as beautiful girls. The Mass Maharaja described chief guest Nani as a sensible actor, and described actor Venu Thottempudi as talented.
When it was his turn, Nani said, "I am not here as a guest. I came here to speak about Ravi anna. He loves Chiranjeevi garu a lot. Just as he saw Megastar as an inspiration, I took Ravi anna as an inspiration when I started my career. Every generation needs an actor like him. He is a warm human to be with. Coming to this film, I have always been positive about it. The producers of my film 'Dasara' are bankrolling it."
Director Sarath Mandava said, "The film will speak for itself. It will speak louder. It is going to make noise. Our film's ticket will be sold at Rs 195 (multiplexes) and Rs 150 (single screens) in Telangana. In AP, it will be sold at Rs 177 (multiplexes) and Rs 147 (single screens)."
