It has been rumoured that a lot of portions in 'Salaar' were shot on the sets erected for the two 'KGF' movies. In this regard, cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda has clarified that there is no truth in the rumour.

Speaking in his latest interview, the Director of Photography said that a separate set for 'Salaar' was constructed at Ramoji Film City by producer Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. "Enormous sets were created by art director Shivakumar and his dedicated team over an area of 100 acres," he said.

The cinematographer also said that a wide wall was put up at Dandumailaram. He said that the scale of the Prabhas-starrer is five times that of Yash's movie. "Technically, we are on a different level. This is one of the largest sets created in Indian films," he added.

The film, co-starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, is slated to hit the cinemas on December 22. The new gossip in the town is that a Release Trailer can't be expected. A song titled 'Sooreede' was released on Wednesday. Another song will come out soon.
