'SIR' is scheduled to head to the theatres on February 17. A day before, that is, on the 16th, a paid premiere is set to be held in Hyderabad's Prasad Multiplex at 8:15 pm.

The premiere will see the presence of actor Dhanush and heroine Samyuktha Menon. Dhanush is there in Hyderabad to participate in today's pre-release event at People's Plaza, Necklace Road.
As per producer S Naga Vamsi, 'SIR' has got at least six emotionally touching scenes. "Every middle-class parent who is miffed with the commercialization of the education system will connect with the content," he added.
