In the trailer for 'Sindhooram', a young man is seen hanging in front of the village police station. Much to everyone's shock, it is a murder most foul. We then see Ravi Varma's character say that the crime has to be hushed up.

Starring Siva Balaji, Dharma and others, the film will hit the cinemas on January 26. Its trailer confirms that the village-based action drama has an innocent love story embedded in its anatomy.

The Maoist backdrop is animated by Siva Balaji. The Maredumilli forests form the setting for the Naxal portions. The production values look good.

A young girl, whose love story fails probably due to casteist reasons, says that the alternative system (read Maoists) has sprung up because the mainstream system has been faltering.

Also starring Brigida Saga, Meer, Naga Mahesh and others, the film is produced by Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Movie Makers. Helmed by Shyam Tummalapalli, it is written by Kishore Sri Krishna.
