'Prasanna Vadanam', written and directed by newcomer Arjun YK, is slated to head to theatres on May 3. The versatile Suhas will be seen as a disease-affected, vulnerable youngster in the film.
Days after the first song (titled 'Ninna Monna Naalona') was released, the makers of the thriller-drama on Sunday unveiled the film's second song.
Titled 'Po Po', the montage number is written by lyricist Suresh Banisetti. Singer Sooraj Santhosh's voice is reminiscent of the style noticed in Yuvan Shankar Raja's songs from the 2000s. Composed by Vijai Bulganin, the song conceptually centers on the nature of rapport and relationship shared by three characters (played by Suhas, Payal Radhakrishna and Harsha Chemudu).
The film, also featuring Rashi Singh, Nandu, Tamil actor Nitin Prasanna, Sai Shweta and Kushalini, has essentially been made as a suspense thriller. It is produced by Manikanta JS and Prasad Reddy TR. S Chandrasekaran is its director of photography.
