Director Parasuram Petla's 'Family Star', led by Vijay Deverakonda, will be released in theatres on April 5. Producers Dil Raju and Shirish have put out the film's teaser.
"To all my dear families, With love. A boy who lived his life," wrote the 'Kushi' actor, plugging the teaser. At about a minute, the video is dominated by a fast-paced song whose lyrics are hero-centric. It is only towards the end of the teaser do we see Mrunal Thakur, supposedly his onscreen wife. Most of the teaser is about the lead character's pre-marriage character, perhaps. The brief convo between VD and Mrunal doesn't give away anything about the nature of their relationship.
Sri Venkateswara Creations has previously released the Gopi Sundar-composed 'Nandanandanaa', sung by Sid Sriram. KU Mohanan (cinematography), AS Prakash (art), and Marthand K Venkatesh (editing) are working on the movie.
