It was on this day in 2004 that 'Arya' hit the cinemas. As the rom-com that redefined the 'feel my love' emotion turned twenty, Allu Arjun took to social media to write in brief about what the Dil Raju-produced movie means to him.
"20 years of Arya. It’s not just a movie… it’s a moment in time that changed the course of my life. Gratitude forever (sic)," wrote Bunny, taking to social media. He also put out a collage of pics from the sets of the rom-com, using the caption 'Sweet memories'. The film, whose songs were chartbusters, had music by Devi Sri Prasad.
The box-office hit marked the directorial debut of Sukumar. 'Arya 2', 'Pushpa: The Rise' and 'Pushpa: The Rule' (yet to be released in theatres) are his other films with Bunny. Allu Arjun's two monikers, namely, Stylish Star and Icon Star, were created by Sukumar.
