Daaku Maharaaj will have a grand pre-release event in Anantapur on January 9. The film releases in theaters on January 12.

Producer S Naga Vamsi said, "There won't be a hike in ticket rates in Telangana. We have secured hiked rates in AP. We are happy with the rates. We have an adequate number of theaters for our movie. There is no problem on that front. The second half features a Samara Simha Reddy-level mad scene. There is a shot from that action sequence in the Trailer. The Trailer is just a showreel of the world in which Daaku Maharaaj is set. We consciously avoided revealing any plot point. Dabidi Dabidi was composed to deliver a mass song. That's the only intent. We leave it to the imagination of the audience how they want to interpret the titular character. They can reference Robinhood or Kondaveeti Donga or some other character. I don't want to talk about the collections. I can only say that Daaku Maharaaj will be a memorable film."

Director Bobby Kolli said, "The character Daaku enters the screen in the second half. But the mood his character carries will be felt throughout. Balakrishna garu submits to the imagination of his directors. Right from the start, we have projected this movie as a unique one in his filmography. The trailers of his movies are usually packed with one-liners and punchlines. Our film's trailer is consciously different on that front. It has been Naga Vamsi's dream to deliver a memorable film for the hero. I had no reference in writing the titular character. I didn't overthink. The five action sequences in the movie will be outstanding. The screenplay is beautiful and the hero's performance is subtle. The film is not just about action. As the song Chinni shows, you can expect beautiful emotions."

Pragya Jaiswal thanked the audience for their "thunderous response" for the film's Trailer. She urged the audience to make the film a hit. "This is such a different character. Kaveri is my character's name. It's one of the most memorable characters that I have played," she added.

Shraddha Srinath said that she is confident about the film's success. "I am excited for the film's release on January 12," the actress said.
