A film under the direction of Srikanth Odela was announced with Megastar Chiranjeevi as the hero long before the release of The Paradise. It was supposed to come to fruition by the end of 2025. That didn't happen and Chiru went on to firm up Bobby Kolli's Kaaka.
Natural Star Nani, the presenter of the movie, has sent a mixed signal about the Chiru-Odela project. "Since The Paradise took longer than expected, that project didn't take off on schedule. We are yet to discuss the next steps," Nani shared, adding that the film won't happen until Chiru completes his current assignments.
In other words, Nani has written off the project. "A few commitments" in today's time and era means 3-4 years at the very least. Four years is too long a time in an industry. By then, a couple of young directors will have gained fame. Unless Odela proves himself with a mass film by then, Chiru won't touch his story with a barge pole. The project has met with the right fate: the fate of uncertainty.
