'Ekam', starring Abhiram Varma, Tanikella Bharani, Swetha Varma and Kalpika Ganesh, is directed by Vamsi B. A philosophical fiction flick, it will release on March 5.
The film has won Filmfare awards four times in the international film festival circuit. "There is a lot of buzz going for the movie everywhere," the makers today said. Speaking about 'Ekam', actor Dayananda Reddy said, "The concept of 'Ekam' is quite exciting. It's a very rare concept. Thanks to working on the film, I have gained a lot of experience. The audience are going to watch a new kind of movie."
Producer Kalyan Shastry said, "The film is exciting from start to end. 'Ekam' is going to give the audience goosebumps. The story is quite relatable. A number of people in the industry are appreciating us."
Director Varun Vamsi B said, "Kalyan Shastry garu is the main force behind 'Ekam'. We have won four awards so far. Such a film has to be watched only in theatres, not on OTT. The songs, teaser and other pre-release material have been received very well."
Kalpika Ganesh said, "This one is going to be in the audience's hearts forever. This is such a distinct story." Abhiram Varma said that every character is excellent in the story. "Timeless characters are going to meet in the story because of a reason. That's the most exciting point," he added.
