Mythri Movie Makers today called on Pawan Kalyan on the sets of a film in Hyderabad to show him the trailer and other pre-release content of 'Uppena', which stars Panja Vaisshnav Tej in the lead. After watching the content, Power Star lauded the film and its makers.
Saying that the film looks realistic and reflects life, the 'Vakeel Saab' actor added that such kind of cinema has a long shelf-life.
Pawan gave the examples of 'Rangasthalam' and 'Dangal', both of which are considered raw and real. "Nativity factor is authentic. It appears that director Buchi Babu Sana has told the story effectively," Pawan added.
He recalled Tej acting in 'Johnny', his directorial debut. Pawan said that Tej has picked a challenging role for his debut.
