Speaking on the occasion, Vijay said, "I am very happy to be here in Warangal. During the lockdown, we were worried for the cinema industry. Even in Mumbai, people talk about the love of cinema that Telugu people have. When I set up the Middle Class Fund, you all supported it. Coming to 'Jathi Ratnalu', the film has got some of the dearest people. Without Darshi in 'Pelli Choopulu', my character wouldn't have been elevated. Darshi has become a very busy actor. Rahul Ramakrishna is an actor I respect a great deal. We dreamt together six years ago. We have had a memorable journey thus far."
Vijay added, "I am here today because of Nag Ashwin. It was his fight that ensured a role for me in 'Yevade Subrahmanyam'. I wish him all the best for 'Jathi Ratnalu'."
Producer Nag Ashwin said, "We couldn't release this movie for a year. It feels special today. Naveen Polishetty is a super-talented actor. 'Jathi Ratnalu' is a thorough entertainer."
Naveen Polishetty said, "My journey began with 'Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya'. With Prabhas anna supporting us, it became 'Jathi Ratnalu' became 'Darling Ratnalu'. I used to do shorts for YouTube. Today, I am here in front of you all. When I wanted to become a hero, I didn't know how to go about it. Vijay Deverakonda and I used to do theatre workshops together."
Director Anudeep KV said, "Faria Abdullah and others in the movie have acted so well. I want to become a decent filmmaker."
Priyadarshi said, "This is a historic moment. We seek the blessings of the audience ahead of the release of our movie on March 11."
The film will release for Maha Shivaratri.
