Days after releasing the Motion Poster of 'Karthikeya 2', the makers of the epic mystical adventure drama today introduced its key characters.
The titular character is played by Nikhil Siddharth, while Anupama Parameswaran's name is Mugdha. Versatile Bollywood artist Anupam Kher is playing Dhanvantri, who, going by his name, possesses healing powers. Comedian Srinivasa Reddy is a saffron-clad Sadananda.
Harsha Chemudu is playing a Muslim character (named Suleiman). Aditya Menon is Santanu, a North Indian character.
The July 22nd release is produced by Abhishek Aggarwal of Abhishek Aggarwal Arts and TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory. To be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada, the expensive film also features Tulasi and Venkat.
Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, Kaala Bhairava and Karthik Ghattamaneni have composed its music and cranked the camera for the movie, respectively.
