In the trailer for 'Sound Party', there is no dearth of contemporary comedy fuelled by social media -isms and a brand of humour the Internet-savvy crowd would find welcoming. VJ Sunny and Sivannarayana share a common interest in this comedy entertainer loaded with oddball wit: they both hanker after money. Their greed and appetite for infantile adventure land them in trouble, as they both are fated to be imprisoned.
Ahead of the film's release in theatres on November 24, Full Moon Media Productions today unveiled its trailer. The 'Amrutham' fame actor breaks into a harangue (a verse) in the jail, upping the madcap humour dose. Elements such as the son's romance with a beautiful girl follow. The conversations in jail are a healthy reminder of the inimitable 'Jathi Ratnalu'.
Presenter Jaya Shankar and director Sanjay Sheri are counting on the many one-liners seemingly inspired by the Trivikram style of writing.
Ali, Saptagiri, '30 Years' Prudhviraj, 'Mirchi' Priya, Manik Reddy, Ashok Kumar, Kadambari Kiran, Gemini Suresh, and others will also be seen. Nothing has been revealed about their characters so far.
Ravi Polishetty, Mahendra Gajendra, and Sri Shyam Gajendra have jointly bankrolled the movie.
