Sithara Entertainments, led by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, will be releasing Mammootty's 'Bramayugam' on February 23. The Malayalam original was released last week. The Telugu version is coming out a week later.
Last year, the banner successfully released the Telugu-dubbed version of Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo'. Sithara Entertainments hopes that 'Bramayugam' will be another of its dubbed hits. The production house awaits the theatrical release of 'Tillu Square' on March 29.
'Bramayugam' is produced by Chakravarthy Ramachandra of Night Shift Studios. The pan-India film was predominantly shot in Kochi, Athirapally and Ottapalam. Set in a bygone era in Kerala, the multi-lingual is coming from writer-director Rahul Sadasivan. Also produced by S Sashikanth of YNOT Studios, the film will have music by Christo Xavier. The production design is by Jothish Shankar and the editing is by Shafique Mohammed Ali. Arjun Ashokan, Sidharth Bharathan and Amalda Liz are playing important roles.
