Its Trailer launch event was held on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, Anand said that the film breaks the mold in terms of casting him in an energetic role. "I have mostly played only naturalistic characters all my career. For the first time, I am doing an energetic part in a proper genre movie. This is a crime comedy," Anand said. He thanked writer Vijayendra Prasad on the occasion. "It was he who first recognized talent in my brother, Vijay. He used to promise to cast him in his movies," Anand said. The 'Baby' actor described cinema as the director's medium. He said that unhealthy competition is taking roots in the film industry. "There can be healthy competition but comparisons are uncalled for. It is essential that we don't get divided into silos," he added.

Vijayendra Prasad said that the voter turnout was 81% in AP and 74% in Telangana recently but the audience turnout for 'GGG' must be 100%. The writer also said that the enthusiasm in Anand's fans reminds him of the enthusiasm shown by Pawan Kalyan's fans.

Heroine Sarika Nair thanked the guests who graced the occasion. She also thanked the film's director and producers for giving her the opportunity to do 'GGG'. "You can expect spicy, sweet thrills in our movie," she added.

Director Sai Rajesh described Anand as the director's actor. "I have been surprised by his dance moves in this movie. Director Uday's brand of comedy reminds me of the likes of Priyadarshan and Crazy Mohan," he added.

Director Uday said that 'GGG' combines the best elements of mass and class cinema. He added that its story revolves around Vinayaka Chavithi festivities. 'Jabardasth' Emmanuel, who has a prominent role in the movie, said that his is an all-weather, trustworthy friend in the movie. "I got to share good chemistry with Anand anna. Please watch our movie in theatres. You are sure to be entertained," he added.

Co-Producer Anurag Parvathaneni said that the movie is coming out at a time when the election fever is getting over, scorching heat is behind and the IPL is coming to an end. He suggested that 'GGG' is coming out in theatres at a time when people have disposable incomes. Producer Kedar said that he is happy to have done 'GGG' after Anand became a star hero. Producer Vamsi thanked Anand for the opportunity to produce the movie. "Anand gave his best shot in the action scenes," he added.

The event was also attended by Vamsi Paidipally as a guest.
