Sri Tej (alternatively spelt as Shritej) has been working in the Telugu film industry. Seen as Molleti Dharma Raj, Pushpa Raj's second elder half-brother in 'Pushpa: The Rise', Sri Tej is also known for his appearances in films like 'Vangaveeti', 'Lakshmi's NTR', 'NTR: Kathanayakudu', and 'NTR: Mahanayakudu'.
Reportedly, he is facing a cheating complaint. An unnamed woman has reportedly filed a police complaint against Sri Tej at the Kukatpally police station in Hyderabad. Allegedly, the artist had made false promises of marriage. This is the second such complaint against him.
In recent years, Sri Tej has also acted in movies like 'Mangalavaaram', Ravi Teja's 'Dhamaka', 'Ravanasura', 'Narappa', and 'Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam'. He has essayed YS Rajasekhara Reddy and Nara Chandrababu Naidu on screen. Sri Tej will be seen in 'Pushpa 2'.
