It is not uncommon for celebs to visit temples ahead of the release of their movies. The Tirumala temple, the Srisailam temple, the Yadadri temple, and a few noted temples in Hyderabad have been regularly visited by film celebs. In recent years, we have seen Janhvi Kapoor make multiple visits to Tirumala, so also the likes of Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
In the latest instance, 'Sita Ramam' actress Mrunal Thakur prayed at the famous Yellamma temple in Balkampet, Hyderabad. She awaits the release of 'Family Star', her most important movie since 'Hi Nanna'. Starring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead, the film is going to hit the cinemas on April 5.
In February, the multi-lingual actress and her father reportedly bought two apartments worth Rs 10 Cr in Andheri West, Mumbai. They bought the flats from Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's family. Mrunal has done 'Super 30' and 'Batla House' in Hindi.
